Mohammed is the Investment Director of AlAjial Holding’s international portfolio, and he also oversees the development of the firm’s corporate strategy.
With a proven track record in managing investment portfolios across different industries in global markets, Mohammed possesses expertise in identifying lucrative investment opportunities, conducting thorough due diligence, and executing complex transactions.
Prior to AlAjial, Mohammed was a Vice President in the Strategy & Planning team at Al Salam Bank in Bahrain, where he also had a leading role within the wider Investment team at the bank in managing a multi-billion dollar local and international real estate portfolio.
Mohammed holds an MBA with Honors from DePaul University, USA, and a BSc with Honors in Finance from King Fahd University of Petroleum and Minerals, KSA.

Mahmoud Marouf Ghanem, PMP
Real Estate Development Manager
As the Development Manager of AlAjial Holding, Mahmoud is responsible for creating new development projects, conducting feasibility studies, following market trends, hiring vendors, and overseeing ongoing and upcoming projects.
With over 15 years of experience in Development and project Management in the Gulf and Egypt, Mahmoud has worked on a range of multi-million-dollar projects. He is an expert in developing unique projects and has experience in leading projects from conception to closeout and exit.
Prior to joining AlAjial, Mahmoud held senior positions in Real Estate and Project Management firms. His roles included Real Estate Studies Manager and Projects Manager for several notable large projects and companies in the region.
Mahmoud obtained a bachelor's degree in architecture engineering from Tanta University, Egypt, and has been a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) since 2020.
